Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions and General Provisions
“The Company” — SC Partener Business Office SRL, operator of Service Auto Drobeta, 75A Walter Maracineanu St., Drobeta Turnu Severin, 220063, Mehedinti County.
“Client” — any natural or legal person using the Company’s services or its website.
“Services” — periodic technical inspections (ITP), car repair services, mobile team interventions, and any other services offered by the Company.
The use of our website or services implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Services Offered
The Company offers, including but not limited to:
- Periodic Technical Inspection (ITP) for cars, commercial vehicles, and motorcycles
- Complete car service: mechanics, electrics, bodywork and painting
- Mobile intervention by a specialized team
- Computerized diagnostics
- Tire services
All services are performed by qualified personnel, with approved equipment in accordance with RAR regulations and current Romanian legislation.
3. Appointments and Confirmation
Appointments can be made by phone or via the contact form on the website. An appointment is considered confirmed only after the Client has received explicit confirmation from a Company representative.
The Company reserves the right to reschedule an appointment for justified operational reasons, with prior notification to the Client.
Failure to show up for an appointment without a prior notice of at least 2 hours may result in the loss of the reserved slot.
4. Prices and Payment
The prices displayed on the website or communicated by phone are indicative and can be adjusted depending on the actual complexity of the intervention, determined following the technical diagnosis performed upon handing over the vehicle.
Before starting any work whose value exceeds the initial estimate, the Client will be informed and will have to express their explicit consent to continue the work.
Payment can be made in cash or by bank transfer, according to the conditions agreed at the time of the service.
5. Warranties and Liability
The service works performed benefit from a warranty according to the legislation in force and the deadlines communicated in the receipt/estimate. The warranty covers exclusively the interventions executed by the Company’s team, with parts provided or approved by it.
The warranty does not cover:
- Defects arising as a result of improper use of the vehicle after the intervention
- Normal wear and tear parts (filters, brake pads, tires, etc.) that have exceeded their normal lifespan
- Damages caused by subsequent interventions performed by unauthorized third parties
The Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages caused as a result of the use or the impossibility of using the vehicle during the repair.
6. Client Responsibilities
- To provide accurate and complete information about the vehicle and the reported defects
- To hand over the vehicle with all necessary documents (in the case of ITP: registration certificate, insurance, previous ITP if any)
- To pick up the vehicle within the agreed timeframe after the completion and notification of the works
- To pay the value of the services upon picking up the vehicle
Prolonged parking of the vehicle after the completion of the works and the notification of the Client may be charged with a parking fee of 20 RON/day, calculated starting from the second working day after the notification.
7. Website Use
The content of the serviceautodrobeta.ro website (texts, images, logos, graphic structure) is the property of the Company and is protected by copyright legislation. Any reproduction, modification, or distribution without the prior written consent of the Company is strictly prohibited.
The Company does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of the website and is not liable for any temporary technical errors or data losses caused by external factors.
8. Disputes and Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by current Romanian legislation. Any misunderstanding will be resolved primarily amicably, within 30 days of the written notification. In case of failure of amicable settlement, competence belongs to the courts at the Company’s headquarters.
Individual clients can notify the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) — www.anpc.ro — or can use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform — ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
9. Modification of Terms
The Company reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice. The current version will be permanently published on the website with the date of the last update. Continued use of the services after the publication of the modifications constitutes implicit acceptance of the new terms.
