This privacy policy describes how SC Partener Business Office SRL, operator of the serviceautodrobeta.ro website and the “Service Auto Drobeta” working point, collects, uses, and protects your personal data.

The categories of collected data include: first and last name, phone number, email address, vehicle data (make, model, license plate number, VIN/chassis number) and, where applicable, the home address for mobile intervention services.

Operational communications — confirmations, vehicle status notifications; basis: legitimate interest of the controller

4. data retention period

Data collected for the purpose of providing services is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and subsequently for the period required by applicable tax and accounting legislation (usually 10 years according to the Accounting Law no. 82/1991).

Data used exclusively for marketing purposes is kept until consent is withdrawn or, in the absence of any interaction, for a maximum of 3 years.
